This museum seems to be meant for animals. Are these the animals, which, in George Orwell's "Animal Farm" rule humans? In any event, the torso of a gilded chimpanzee dominates the painting, and perhaps the whole museum, and alludes to the victory goddess Nike in the Louvre. On the walls are gigantically magnified insects. Are they exhibits, or are they alive and moving like spectators through the rooms. We are unable to see any human beings. The vaulted ceiling of the exhibition hall is carried by exotic, colourfully striped, goblet shaped columns. The ceiling allows us a view of a galactic sky. Acryl on canvas, 80x100. 2010
